Return Eligibility
We will issue a refund or free resend in the following situations:
The product arrived damaged or broken. The product has a quality defect reported within 7 days of delivery. The parcel has been declared lost. There have been no delivery updates for an extended period.
Not Eligible for Refund or Resend
We are unable to issue a refund or resend in the following situations:
The shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect. The recipient was unreachable, uncontactable, or refused delivery. The product arrived in good condition, but the wrong size was ordered or the customer is dissatisfied with the item. The issue was not reported within 7 days of delivery.
Submitting a Refund Request
To request a refund or resend, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your request and respond as promptly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items on final sale or items purchased using a discount code.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
