Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

All sales at Sixty Atelier are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, fit, or other personal preferences. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  hello@sixtyatelier.com  with your order number and photos, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
